Cancellations and Refunds:

The deadline to receive a full refund without penalty is Midnight Central US time on September 1, 2025. No refunds will be provided for cancellations after this date.

Cancellations regarding hotel rooms are subject to the policies of the hotel.

Payment Plans

Cancelation and Refunding Cruise Plan Payments:

The deadline to receive a full refund without penalty is Midnight Central US time on September 1, 2025. No refunds will be provided for cancellations after this date.

Non-Payment of a Cruise Payment Plan:

If a Member’s cruise payment goes past 60-days of non-payment, their reservation will be canceled and the Member will forego all payments made. The deadline to receive a full refund without penalty is Midnight Central US time onSeptember 1, 2025. No refunds will be provided for cancellations after this date.


Membership Status 

To attend the GIN Leadership Cruise you must be a dues paying member, in good standing on embarkation day the time of the cruise. GIN reserves the right to deny embarkation to a person who is not a dues paying member, in good standing on embarkation day of the cruise in 2026. No refunds will be granted for people denied access due to failure to keep their Membership in good standing.


Free Cruise

  1. Terms and Conditions
    1. To qualify for the Global Information Network free cruise promotion, an associate must upgrade to a full level one member and pay the initiation fee in the Global Information Network.
    2. Once upgraded, a member must remain a dues paying member, in good standing, at level One or above for a minimum of 12 months. (Ex. To qualify for the January 2026 Cruise, you must be a dues paying member no later than January of 2025. If you become a member in March of 2025 and wish to go on the 2026 cruise you may pay the discounted member rate and go on the cruise. You would then take the 2027 Cruise as your free cruise.)
    3. The Free Cruise does not apply to Members on the Family Plan program. Even should a member upgrade at full price, if they switch to a family plan any time prior to the cruise, they will fall out of qualification.
    4. Should a member quit the club or fall into arrears on payments within the 12-month qualification period, they will be ineligible for the free cruise and ineligible for refund of any dues or payments made.
    5. The free cruise is not redeemable for cash.
    6. The free cruise is not transferable to any other member.
    7. You must be a member in good standing at the time of the cruise to qualify.
    8. The Free Cruise promotion applies to members in Tier 1 countries only.
    9. Free Cruise tickets require a $250 deposit to reserve your spot on the cruise. When you arrive for the cruise your $250 will be available as a refundable onboard credit on your account. If you do not show up for the cruise your deposit is non-refundable. 
    10. Once the Member is fully registered for the cruise and their deposit is paid, if the Member chooses to not attend the cruise they must cancel by September 1, 2025 to use their free cruise ticket for a future cruise. Any cancellations after September 1, 2025 will result in the Member foregoing their Free Cruise ticket.
